PGCB Issues Fines For Two Operators
The PGCB has issued two fines, one to Hollywood Casino for $78,000 for failing to meet the minimum levels of security staffing on the premises and another of $22,000 to TCS John Huxley America for failing to file the proper licensing application.
The regulator has also affected state-wide casino bans using the involuntary ban system for five adults who left minors unattended while they gambled. In all cases, the children were left in vehicles while their guardians visited casinos.
