Connecticut January Online Revenue Report

Connecticut’s January revenue figures are in with net gaming revenue of $18.8m. That’s a 15.6% increase on December’s totals. Connecticut is the latest US iGaming state, with the first sites launching legal sports betting and casino games in October 2021. Currently, two online gambling sites in CT offer casino games, DraftKings and Fanduel

Paysafe Partners with Hard Rock NJ

This week Paysafe and Hard Rock Digital have agreed on a multi-year deal that will see Paysafe process all NJ online transactions for the operator. Paysafe securely links between players’ debit or credit facilities and online casinos for deposits and withdrawals and offers ACH services. 

Senate Bill 213 was introduced by Senator David Yates in Kentucky. The Bill outlines legal and in-person sports wagering fantasy sports and online poker regulation and infrastructure.

The Bill is comprehensive and has been referred to the Committee on Committees. It follows from the 2021 failed attempt by Republican Rep Adam Koenig to legalize sports betting. It’s not clear as yet how far this new bill will go.
